Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of order.

Please note that processing times may vary due to high order volumes.
The shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the checkout.
Shipping method: Standard (Germany 5-10 working days)   (EU countries 5-12 working days)

A shipment is lost if the goods have not been delivered within 3 weeks after dispatch, please write us an e-mail and we will find a solution!
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse, or simply ask our chatbot.
